What to include in the email
- Full name on the account
- Login email or phone number
- Reason for the request (optional)
Data that may be deleted
- The profile information you provided.
- Login credentials, sessions and device tokens.
- Listings and content tied to the account (if you request it).
Data that may be retained
- Records that must be kept by law (accounting, disputes) for the statutory period.
- Security logs and audit logs used to prevent fraud.
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy and Law No. 91/2025/QH15 on Personal Data Protection.
